Nicole leads Housing Management Operations (HMO) at Affordable Housing Holdings, overseeing and supporting the work of AHH’s property managers and assistant property managers across the portfolio. She helps set operational standards, strengthens day-to-day workflows, and ensures consistent practices in areas like leasing, resident relations, compliance coordination, and documentation.

Christina Madden

Property Manager/Special Projects Coordinator

Christina oversees 226 units across Brighton Road Apartments, Duquesne Apartments, East Pittsburgh Mall Apartments, Firehouse Apartments, Forest Green Commons, Jefferson Arms, Milliones Manor, Warren Plaza, Western Manor, and Wylie Townhomes. She manages daily operations, coordinates special projects, and works closely with staff to ensure high-quality, community-focused housing environments.

Jacquelyn Springer

Property Manager

Jacquelyn manages 130 units across 321 Melwood Avenue, Bry Mard Apartments, Homestead (331 E. 9th Ave & 339 E. 12th Ave) and The Avenue Apartments. She ensures residents receive responsive support, coordinates leasing, addresses tenant concerns, and maintains safe, welcoming communities.

Mike provides on-site maintenance at Western Manor, Milliones Manor, Wylie Townhomes, and Firehouse Apartments, handling repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure homes remain safe, comfortable, and in excellent condition for residents.
