We manage a diverse portfolio of affordable housing properties, ranging from small townhouse complexes to low- and high-rise apartment buildings. Each community is thoughtfully maintained to provide safe, comfortable, and accessible housing for individuals and families across the region.

Types of Housing

Low-Rise Apartments: Ideal for individuals and small families. Examples include East Pittsburgh Mall Apartments (12 units) and AHH – St. Colman (23 units).

High-Rise Buildings: Larger communities providing 1-bedroom units, such as Western Manor (30 units) and Milliones Manor (39 units).

Semi-Detached Townhomes: Spacious, family-friendly homes, including AHH – Forest Green with 60 townhomes.

Row Townhomes: Example: Wylie Townhomes, 24 two-bedroom units in Upper Lawrenceville.

Walk-Up Apartments: Smaller, intimate communities such as Firehouse Apartments and Jefferson Arms.

Management & Services

Our properties are professionally managed with dedicated on-site maintenance, 24/7 emergency contact numbers, and property managers for every building. We partner with HUD, ACHA, Hill CDC, and other organizations to ensure quality, accessible housing for all residents.

Maintenance and emergency contacts for each property are provided to residents.

Management fees are carefully allocated to maintain property quality and resident services.

Elevator access is available in select properties, including Western Manor and Brighton Road Apartments.
